2486490 - Pricing components not shown in the Quotes Replicated from ERP

Symptom

Replicated quotes from ERP to C4C contains all pricing conditions and condition types but they are not shown in the C4C UI even though they are maintained in finetuning and mapped in the codelist mapping. Price components are not even saved in the BO as well.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

Create a Sales Quote in ERP
Maintain all the pricing condions
Replicate the same Sales Quote to C4C
Pricing components can be seen in the incoming C4C payload
Pricing components are not visible on UI

Cause

Document type for Sales Quotes has no external Pricing checked which means that the prices wont be updated from external system under Business Configuration

Resolution

Set the External Prcing indicator for Sales Document type being used for the Sales Quotes replicated from ERP.

Below are the steps:-

Go to Business Configuration
Implementation Projects
Open Activity List
Select activity "Sales Quote"
Select "Maintain Document Types"
Select External pricing for the involved Document type
