2486508 - Performance problems/blocked processes at IDoc HTTP in In cloud scenarios (eg. C4C, HCI, BYD, ERP ) where idocs received by SOAP communication - IDOC_INBOUND_XML_SOAP_HTTP

In cloud scenarios (eg. C4C, HCI, BYD, ERP ) where IDocs received by SOAP communication performance issues can be observed in some cases. From cloud updates are sent to ERP and inbound IDOCs are created there.
When sending data from the cloud to ERP, in some cases the process of IDoc creation blocks the ERP SQL server completely, also by blocking all dialogue processes of the server by one SQL statement.
Also the system performance is affected in a negative way.
Expensive SQL accesses in the fm IDOC_INBOUND_XML_SOAP_HTTP can be observed at:

select single docnum from edidc into wa_assign-db_id where
