  • When an application calls SMP's URL, SMP doesn't respond sometimes in peak-hours.
  • Issue is only occurring in the Productive environment when the load is too big.
  • Server log shows:
    • Error parsing HTTP request header java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
    • Error parsing HTTP request header java.io.EOFException: Unexpected EOF read on the socket
