Symptom
- You are using SAP Customer Relationship Management integrated with a 3rd party CTI
- Ocassionally, when the agent tries to change the workmode from Ready to Not Ready, the change is not possible and error "Cannot Set Work Mode "3"; external system error" is seen
- Hitting the "Reset CTI" does not make a difference
