2487061 - Newly created delivery address not available under Delivery Address field during checkout in cscockpit

Symptom

The newly created delivery address is not available for selection under Delivery Address field during checkout process in cscockpit which makes user unable to proceed the checkout. If checking Payment Address field, you'll find the newly created address is available there which means the address is successfully persisted.
