How to get all the State values reflected from Personal information Portlet Home address, State field to Employee profile Standard State field?
Environment
Employee Central - HRIS Sync
Resolution
Customer should create a custom field in EP. Use that custom field in the hris sync mapping section as a destination field for "State". This is because "State" field in Corporate Address is hard coded and it over-writes the synced value for "State" field in Home Address portlet.
If you are not using Corporate Address, the synced value gets removed.
As a work around, you can run a Full HRIS sync only for Generic objects. This will sync the existing "State" field value from EC to EP. However, when "State" data is again updated in EC, it’ll not sync properly in EP and it’ll cause data inconsistency again.
