2487229 - SAP Cloud Platform Integration for data services (HCI) Load to IBP takes too long

Process with several data flows in sequence with the option for postprocessing the complete block.
This process has a runtime around 1 Minute .   
When one change the postprocessing to "after each dataflow" the processing time goes up to 300 seconds per dataflow.
An increase is normal, as the frequently triggered postprocessing takes some time.
However the HCI flow does not pick up the next flow even if the postprocessing is already finished (e.g. after 20 seconds) and it waits then for another 280 seconds before starting with the next flow.
