2487246 - Collaboration Window Autologon

The Autologon Function might not work if the Collaboration Window is installed on VMware or on MS Server

Logon to the Collaboration window and activate the box " Autologon"

 

Restart the Collaboration window and you have to logon again.

Not supported

You can install the Collaboration window locally this works.

 

Alternatively you can use the Cloud Print Manager since here we support the Installation on MS Server

 

Note: This is only related to printing the Function Supplier Invoice upload and Telephony is only supported if the Collaboration Windo is installed on a local machine.
