Symptom

During a release upgrade or SPS update with SUM, you receive the error below in Browse : /usr/sap/<SID>/SUM/abap/log/SAPup.log

But the SAP is actually running. In the SAPup.ECO log, you can see DLTOLDPKGS status is GRAY
