2487575 - Attachments are not displaying in employee profile even though the scheduled job is successfull

Symptom

Employee Profile attachments are not displaying for some users.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Importing attachments to the Employee Profile can be done by running a job in the backend of your instance to bulk upload a list of attachments all at the same time.
  2. This is done by zipping all the files that need to be imported together with a .csv that maps the filenames to the ID of the user.
  3. The .csv file contains the field-id's that corresponds to the portlet for which the attachments should be imported. 
  4. The scheduled live profile background import job for the attachment portlet completed successfully and the job owner receives the job completion notification.
  5. Still the attachments are not displaying for user's in the employee profile attachment portlet.

Resolution

The permissions are given for the user to upload attachments but the file size in proivisioning is less underDocument Attachment > Attachment Storage Allocation
