2487600 - Can't get theme <theme_ID> does not exist. Fallback to default theme

Symptom

  • You may or may not be having an issue with your custom Enterprise Portal theme
  • Checking the developer Default Trace files you observe an error: 
    "Can't get theme - theme: <theme_ID> does not exist. Fallback to default theme
    [EXCEPTION]
    java.lang.Exception: This is not a real exception and is created for debuging purposes
    at com.sapportals.portal.prt.service.laf.bo.less.ThemeStructureManager.getTheme(ThemeStructureManager.java:82)"
