Symptom

Trying to run DBCC REBUILD_TEXT('all') returns message 7157.

Example:

Msg 7157, Level 16, State 1:   Server 'sybase', Line 1:  
You cannot run the non-logged version of dbcc rebuild_text in this database. Please check with the DBO.
