2487659 - How to solve error message IS195 when asynchronous serial/equiment numbers

In some scenario, you want to get equipment and serial numbers for a specific serialization profile in synchronization. But there are already equipment numbers created which are not in synchronization with serial numbers for some materials. When you try to change ServLevel to '1' in transaction code MM02, the error message IS195 prevents such change.
This asynchornous error may persist even the records of serial numbers from MASE table are removed and serial numbers deactivated and also change the serial number equal to equipment number via serial number change special function option menu Edit -> Special Serial no. functions -> Change serial no.
