2487673 - WS_CYCLIC_DEPENDENCY_ERROR during CTS transport

You would like to transport software components between 2 systems using CTS+. During transport request execution the error "WS_CYCLIC_DEPENDENCY_ERROR" appears as shown on the below screenshot.

In transport protocol you can see the failure:
