2487732 - Unable to Use Internet Explorer Browser to Upload File into WebDav Folder

You are trying to configure your Internet Explorer for mass data-uploads and automated transports from other systems in the SAP Cloud Solution. But you are not able to upload files using Internet Explorer because it is not possible to open the file explorer.

Environment: Citrix-Terminalserver

Internet Explorer allows to view the WebDAV folder but does not allow upload. To upload data into the WebDAV folder the only way is to map the drive using the file explorer (or some other dedicated tools).

But again, we cannot provide information on what kind of configuration needs to be done in a specific Citrix-Terminalserver Environment. This needs to be investigated by your IT department.
