You configured Single Sign-On (SSO) from Fiori Launchpad to back-end system with logon ticket but it is not working.
In the HttpWatch trace, for the requests to Fiori front-end server, you can see that for cookie MYSAPSSO2 the domain is the full name of your front-end host which means the ticket can only be sent to the front-end server itself but not other servers in the same domain.
