2487988 - TOTPLoginModule Not Sending Passcode

Symptom

You are having some issues with the TOTP Login Module and when you run a troubleshooting wizard trace file you are receiving below error beside our module:

1. com.sap.security.jaas.otp.TOTPLoginModule   REQUISITE   ok   exception   true   Policy script method onFirstStageLogin aborted the login: Passcode cannot be sent via SMS or email. Please contact system administrator.
