Symptom

The following error appears in the jload.java.log file during the export phase of a System Coy or OS/DB Migration: 

Error: "SEVERE: Error during export of SHD_CONFIGENTRY"
SEVERE: com.sap.inst.jload.db.IllegalValueException: Empty LOB in column FBLOB

The detailed exception may also include the following description:

This error is probably caused by a bug in an application failing to comply with the rules of portability
