2488091 - Error while creating requisition via position - The job requisition template does not fulfil the criteria used for RCM integration

The customer will face the below error while creating the requisition via Position management:

Sorry, the requisition data cannot be loaded.
Details: The job requisition template XXX does not fulfil the criteria to be used for RCM Integration. Please check that all required fields are included in the template.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Position Org Chart
2. Select a Position
3. Try to create a new Job Req from that Position
4. Error occurs: Sorry, the requisition data cannot be loaded.
   Details: The job requisition template XXX does not fulfil the criteria to be used for RCM Integration. Please check that all required fields are included in the template. 

Missing required fields in the Job Requisition template.

The templates used for integration must always have the following standard fields:

• numberOpenings
• positionNumber

You don't need to map these fields using a rule because the system fills them automatically.

Please check if these fields are defined in the Job Requisition template you are using to create the Job Requisition via Position integration.
