You have a requirment to activate DQM micro service for address verification. But in SAP Cloud Platform the service is not available
Resolution
To enable the tile for the DQM micro service, you would need to contact your Account Executive to purchase the add-on. Once it is purchased you will be able to see it in SAP Cloud Platform
