2488672 - ONBSFTP : New Hire Export file not showing the value for Gender field

Symptom

New Hire import file not fetching Gender data.

Environment

SAP Successfactor Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

New Hire Export file not showing the value for Gender filed .

>Access the SFTP

>Export the New Hire file

>Locate the Gender field and notice that Gender field don't pulls the value.

Cause

Possibile reason could be the gender field is configured as "Gender Desc" under Data Dictionary instead of Gender.

Resolution

The Field "Gender" should be configured correctly as shown below.

Gender Field should be added in datadictionary-Integrations-standard export

If the Above configuration is correct and if you still have the issue the please raise an case with the support, we need to re-generate the file from the server
