Symptom
- Activation time within the provider contract is set incorrectly
- Time is set before or after the time entered in the contract ,depending on the customer's time zone
- Similar issues occur when report CRM_FICA_MIG_PROVIDER_CONTRACT is executed to load contracts in CRM, The activation date is incorrect.
