2488808 - IBP: Save/Simulation not working for a specific combination ("Some of the changes that you made to X cells have been rejected, as follows" error message)

• Changing a value in a cell which already has a value reverts back to the previous value, or gives an error after hitting Save/Simulation.
• Inserting a value in an empty cell gives you the error as shown below:

"Some of the changes that you made to X cells have been rejected, as follows:

• Your changes violate editable horizon or key figure editability configurations. 
  Another reason why some cells are not editable can be missing Planning Objects. 
  If you think you should be able to edit these cells, contact your administrator."
