2488935 - IW32 and IW38: Inconsistent behaviour based on expected order status settings

Symptom

  • List editing reports (IW38/IW39) do not include orders as expected based on order status flags selection
  • Order menu options are not as expected for order release, business completion, technical completion or reversal of these functions
  • Entering time confirmations can result in a dump - DUMP_STATUS_INCONSYSTENCY_FRE or similar
