Symptom
- Dynamic tile count is not displayed on the My Inbox tile
- No items are retrieved when opening the app
- In the browser console log there is an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
- In the Gateway log (/IWFND/ERROR_LOG) there is an error "Logical port not specified"
