2489071 - SUM: AS JAVA fails to start after restore from backup taken at the end of PreProcessing Roadmap

For some reason/error in SUM in the execution roadmap, it was decided to roll back.
The system was restored from the backup of the Database and FileSystem /usr/sap/<SID> taken at the end of PreProcessing Roadmap.

However the start of the system fails with the below error as shown below.

Logfile /usr/sap/<SID>/<instance>/work/dev_jstart has the below error:
