Symptom

  • Using session manager, the application does not start
  • Error "The installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer package" occurs using MSIEXEC
  • Session history detail log shows SYS0002: The system cannot find the file specified
  • Session history detail log shows SYS0087: The Parameter is incorrect
