2489601 - SPS level of Product Instance is different in Maintenance Planner than the Source System

Symptom

  • Checking on the support package stack (SPS) level of a product installed in your system via Maintenance Planner, you notice that it is different from what is shown in "Installed Product Versions" from System -> Status.
    • For example:
      • The SPS level of SAP ERP 6.0 is shown as SPS27 in the below screenshot:

      • However, the "Installed Product Versions" in System -> Status shows that SAP ERP 6.0 on SPS28.
