2489613 - Who sent a message (email, fax, SMS, etc.) from the SAP system?

Symptom

  • In transaction SOST that messages exist what have been sent from the system. A message can be any supported communication type such as an Email, Fax, SMS, etc.
  • There is a request to know which Application/User generated a message and/or which User sent a message from the system.
  • It may not be the same User who created the message and sent the message.
  • Also there is a request to check the related SAPoffice tables to find details about the message.
