2489626 - Add From Product list with quantity 1 appear on sales order

Symptom

When you create a Sales Order for an Account with a maintained product list where the products have no proposed quantity, the products will get added to the Sales Order with the quantity 1

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales workcenter
  2. Go to Sales Order view
  3. Open Sales Order
  4. Go to Product tab
  5. Click on Setting icon
  6. Select Add From Product List
  7. Select the require Product List (where proposed quantity is 0)
  8. Add products

Products line item quantity filled with 1 quantity, instead of 0 quantity.

Cause

you cannot have the transaction document sent to any customer without Quantity. So if you maintain Quantity as "0" in product list, system by default propose quantity as 1.

Resolution

This is system expected behaviour.
