2489741 - Upgrade of CRM system fails in RUN_CRM_STOP_QUEUE_BDOCS phase

Symptom

  • During an upgrade using the Software Update Manager (SUM) an error occurs in phase MAIN_DTTRANS/SUBMOD_CRM_PREPROC/RUN_CRM_STOP_QUEUE_BDOCS

  • The error message similar to the one below can be found in the SAPupConsole.log

2EETG013 "SPDA_CRM_STOP_QUEUE_BDOCS.<SID>" "contains the details on error in FM" "SPDA_CRM_STOP_QUEUE_BDOCS"
Trouble Ticket Generation A trouble ticket and an archive with all relevant log files have been generated.
Trouble ticket: "/dump/SUMTOOL/SUM/abap/log/SAPup_troubleticket.log"
Log archive: "/dump/SUMTOOL/SUM/abap/log/SAPup_troubleticket_logs.sar"
  • An error similar to the one below can be found in the  SPDA_CRM_START_QUEUE.<SID>   > log files
