2489801 - V_T5QT1 can't be delimited correctly when applying the manual steps of Note 2477275

Symptom

When manually applying the changes to Table T5QT1 that are described in Note 2477275, the entries in V_T5QT1 are not delimited correctly.
The entry with begin date 01.07.2014 and end date 30.06.2017 is missing.
For example, delimit the entry of /ETV and get below result.
