2489907 - Field "Order quantity"(RV45A-KWMENG) shows a value in VA42/VA43 even though VBAP-KWMENG is zero in database

Symptom

When checking a quantity contract in transaction VA42 or VA43, item level field "Order Quantity"(RV45A-KWMENG) shows a value. However, when checking table VBAP in transaction SE16, field VBAP-KWMENG is zero.
