2489975 - Issues with having spaces before and after data in general information screen.

The fields are accepting spaces before and after data unlike in eApp where the space gets trimmed off when user enters a space and tabs out. This value from the GI screen, serves as a drop down value for a field in an eApp data grid, and this value gets persisted with the spaces, so the value appears in the grid dropdown, but once we select this from the drop down and tab or click out, the value vanishes. This occurs for data with spaces at the beginning or end of some string of data.
