2490008 - Dashboards not displaying label translations when language is changed

When you change the system language, e.g. from English to German, some of the Dashboard labels do not translate (Home page or in Analytics module), even though you have entered translations into the system.

SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics Dashboards and Homepage Tiles

1. Login to your system in Default language
2. Note the labels on the Dashboard
3. Change the language to another
4. Not all the labels (or none of them) are translating

The reason could be that the Dashboard is a Custom Dashboard

Custom Dashboards are not supported, you must change it to a Standard Dashboard (which we do support).

Go to: Admin Center > Manage Standard Dashboards and YouCalc Files > Check under the 'Type' column if that Dashboard is Standard or Custom

If it is Custom, then you need to download a Dashboard from the Success Store:
