When running the replication process from SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) to SAP ERP HCM / Employee Central Payroll (ECP), you may get the following error in the logs (transaction SLG1):

"Employment type is missing in the job information of employee &1"  (where &1 is the employee number)
