Symptom

  • When attempting to promote an object using CTS+, the following error message is displayed:
    Sorry, Promotion management application is unable to process your request. The error from the server is: com.businessobjects.lcm.utilities.LCMException: Unable to find the file in the location :<install_dir>/SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0/LCM/LCM_SOURCE_CMS_SID_MAPPING.properties
  • LCM_SOURCE_CMS_SID_MAPPING.properties is already present in the mention path.
