You have the need to show the historical Note comments of an opportunity in a report face by using the standard data source Opportunity Header and Item (technical ID CODOPPU). However, only the latest note is displayed.

Reproducing the Issue
You run a report based on the Opportunity Header and Item data source in order to report on a Note description field, however the Note characteristic only shows one entry of this note, in case you have more than one.
Cause
This is the expected behavior, the note in Opportunity Header and Item data source (technical ID CODOPPU) can only take one note for one opportunity.
Resolution
If you want to have all the notes in a data source, you can use another data source for Opportunity Note history: Opportunity Notes (technical ID CODOPPNOTESB).
