2490277 - The Garbage Collection information is missing in the EWA or Enterprise Manager

Symptom

You notice that the the garbage collection information is missing in the EWA, or that in the Enterprise Manager the SAP GC node is missing for a certain host.

In section 3.1.1 - Quality of Service Data in Solution Manager Diagnostics - BW, the following message is raised:
