Symptom

Phase MAIN_SHDRUN/STOP_SHDI_FIRST in SUM fails with below error.

1EETQ399 SYSTEM MANAGER: STOP of mandatory instance <instance_no> on server <server_name> has failed
 1EETQ399 Last error code set is: Process <SUM_Directory>abap/exe/sapcontrol exited with 2, see '<SUM_Directory>abap/log/SAPup.ECO' for details
 1EETQ204 Upgrade phase "STOP_SHDI_FIRST" aborted with severe errors
