Symptom

       Test Connection fails with the below error when creating a connection on a web service url (SSL enbled) based on ServiceNow.

        Error: OpenConnectivity driver error : errno: 110 (Connection timed out), error: Connection timed out (local port 39903 to address 0.0.0.0, remote port 443 to address 149.96.32.230 (vip-149-96-32-230.cust.service-now.com))" OR java.security.cert.CertificateException:signature does not match
