2490625 - Difference between Impact analysis and Risk Analysis functions in reporting SOD violations

Symptom

Description      : User has been assigned with a business role which doesn’t have any risks. Also same user has been assigned with risky role directly (not in the business role).
Expected result: When we run the impact analysis in the business role for user, the risks need to be shown.
Actual result    : Risks has not been shown up for the user impact analysis in the business role.
