Symptom

You wish to migrate from Workforce Performance Builder 9.x or SAP Enable Now 10.x to a higher version.

Environment

On-Premise Manager, Producer, Instant Producer, and optionally, Navigator.

Note: All 4 programs in the SAP Enable Now [Workforce Performance Builder] environment must be the same version. All must be migrated together. The order of migration is determined by the need to migrate the Central Workarea Resources. The purpose of this KBA is to list the preparations for migration and the order in which migration needs to be done.
