2490832 - Error: "The viewer could not process an event. Unable to load report" while viewing a migrated Crystal Report

Symptom

  • Error: "The viewer could not process an event. Unable to load report. [] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]" while viewing a crystal report in BI LaunchPad.
  • "The following repo objects are connected but they could not be updated. The objects may have been deleted" warning appears while viewing the report in Crystal report designer.
  • Scheduling the report works fine without any issue.
