2490876 - Length property of the String in data type has been exclusive

Symptom

You are creating the Data Type or imported the existed Data Type from old PI version i.e. XI 3.0/7.0x  in PI/PO 7.1 and higher,
and you found the property of String has changed and cannot find the property of "length" for String type any more, there are only "minLength" and "maxLength":
