Symptom

  • While using Ad-hoc Business Process Analytics application. When clicking on 'Start New Analysis' the error message "No Systems Found" is thrown.
    OR
  • While using Unified Business Process Analytics application. When clicking on "System(Client)" the dropdown list is empty.
