Symptom

  • You are replicating an employee from Success Factors (Employee Central) to SAP HCM (ERP).
  • You get the error: “No entry in table Postal Codes for XXXX”.
  • Message no. RP301
  • Diagnosis

The entry values must be stored in table Postal Codes. The "XXXX" value(s) are not in this table.

Procedure

Check that the entry is correct.
Contact the system administrator so that the entry can be added to the table.
