2490993 - How to check attachment in purchase requisition

You created a purchase requisition with attachment using app "Create Purchase Requisition".
After creation you want to verify the attachement in this created purchase requisition.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. create a purchase requisition in app "Create Purchase Requisition" with attachment.
2. You want to check the attachement in created purchase requisition.
3. You cannot find such information in app "Manage Purchase Requistions" or fact sheet "Purchase requisition item "

 

 

You can display the attachment in following ways:

1. Creator can use app "My Purchase Requisitions"
2. In "Manage Purchase Requistions" app, you can select the target purchase requistion and display it using advanced mode
3. Select item line and press document button
4. You will see the document attached
