2491320 - How to Create a Rule Increase Accrual Value From the Month of Anniversary.

Customer want the employees to have increase accrual value from the month of anniversary itself.

Hire a employee and the business requirement is that after 2 years of service they recieve an increase in their accruals.

The customer wants to include the month that the empolyee was hired on for the increased accraul to start.

To get the desired results configure the accrual rule as below:

The rule function accruallRuleParameters.End Date will check the end date of the of the employees last day before the 2 year anniversary.

For example if the employee was hired on the 01/01/2017. The end date function will check the 31/01/2018 and the system will calculate the anniversary date of employee on the 01/01/2019.

The employee will recieve the correct amount of accruals on the 01/01/2019 on their anniversary date.
