Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Center > Configure Job Profile Acknowledgement Setttings.
  2. When you try to untick the option for "

Resolution

  1. Go to Manage Data and in the dropdowns select Acknowledgement Settings and the Instance as seen below;

  1. Select Take Action > Make Correction.
  2. Change the field alretInTODO feom Yes to No and then select Save.

  1. The option will now be changed in Configure Job Profile Acknowledgement Settings.
